Our FOUNDER

Ejike Uzoigwe

Prior to founding Penroath Advisors, Ejike managed Emerging & Frontier credit investments at Driehaus Capital Management. Previously, he worked at Greylock Capital Management where he was lead investor on several special situations throughout the emerging and frontier markets.

He has worked on restructurings involving over $20 billion of debt across industries including oil & gas, mining, telecommunications, power & utilities, infrastructure, real estate, manufacturing, agriculture, financial services, transportation, and consumer goods. His experience spans Africa, Latin America, the Middle East, and Asia.

Ejike received a BA from Columbia University, a Juris Doctorate from the Pritzker School of Law at Northwestern University, and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management. While studying at Northwestern, he worked as a Summer Associate in Blackstone’s Restructuring & Reorganization Group.
